Once your parcel reaches Singapore, the parcel will be delivered depending on your delivery option,

1. Doorstep Delivery
2. Shopee Collection Point/Pick Locker

Doorstep Delivery

Parcel will be delivered by our Shopee Supported Logistics if you have chosen Doorstep Delivery as the shipping option. You will be notified via Shopee App with a local tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment of your parcel via the logistics partner’s website.

Shopee Collection Point/Pick Locker

If you have chosen Shopee Collection Point or Pick Locker as your delivery option, the parcel will be delivered to the collection point/Pick Locker Within 3 working days.

⚠️ Note

From 12 July 2022, to ensure better trackability, the Standard Economy option will no longer be available for overseas orders.

For orders placed before 12 July 2022 using Standard Economy, this option is not trackable and may be delivered to your letterbox via SingPost Normal Mail.
